Winter has started and as usual tourism increases during tis time. Like previous years, Eastern Railway has decided to run winter special trains between Asansol and Visakhapatnam.

Asansol to Visakhapatnam

Departure time from Asansol: 12.45 hrs
Departure time from Adra: 13.50 hrs
Departure time from Balasore: 19.07 hrs
Departure time from Bhubaneswar: 22.10 hrs
Arrival time at Visakhapatnam: 04.40 hrs
From Asansol to Visakhapatnam, the winter special trains will run on 28 December 2012.
Visakhapatnam to Asansol
Train numbers: 03514
Departure time from Visakhapatnam: 06.35 hrs
Departure time from Bhubaneswar: 01.05 hrs
Departure time from Balasore: 17.32 hrs
Departure time from Adra: 22.20 hrs
Arrival time at Asansol: 23.30 hrs
From Visakhapatnam to Asansol, the winter special trains will run on 29 December 2012.
The above trains will also stop at Bankura, Midnapore, Hijli, Bhadrak, Jaipur, Keonjhar, Cuttack, Khurda Road, Brahmapur and Vizianagaram stations in both directions.
Composition of the winter special train: AC 2 tier cum AC 3 tier– 1 coach, AC 3 tier – 1 coach ,sleeper class – 11 coaches, general second class – 6 and SLR/SLRD – 2 coaches.
